This playground is at a school that was built in 1940 and has had many walk its halls through the years. The school was re-created to continue to educate the children in the community. It is located in a neighborhood that is listed on the National Historic Register and there is a lot of pride running through the streets. When I go to pick up my grandchildren at this school, the youngest is always on the playground and doesn't want to leave. The love and care that came together to build this playground is truly incredible.
